O que é ensinar e o que é aprender?

Olá, tudo bem? Que bom ter você aqui de novo! Olha só, eu vou começar esse nosso programa falando um pouco mais sobre o processo de ensino-aprendizado, ou seja, o ato de ensinar e o ato de aprender, e juntar essas duas pontas para a gente ter um profissional ainda mais preparado ou pessoas mais preparadas para os desafios que o mercado pede. Então, de um lado tem aquele que quer ensinar, multiplicar o seu conhecimento, repassar uma habilidade, trocar informações, experiências…

Do outro tem aquele que quer aprender, ou seja, que deseja adquirir uma nova habilidade, aflorar uma competência, que está disposto a incorporar cada vez mais conhecimento à sua vida pessoal e profissional. O que faz esse processo ser favorável é quando eu junto essas duas voltas. E para isso tenho algum fundamento. Acompanhe!

Tenho o fundamento, por exemplo, da andragogia, que é o ato de ensinar, conduzir e guiar adultos, pessoas com mais experiências, com vivências… É diferente de ensinar uma criança, do fundamento da pedagogia, porque uma pessoa a criança está aberta, o livro ainda tem páginas em branco. Agora, quando ensino jovens e adultos, não estou ensinando, estou guiando, educando as pessoas que já tem uma experiência e vivência próprias, que já tem pontos críticos, já sabe opinar, falar, dar o seu ponto de vista, sua opinião e tudo mais.

Então, são verdades divergentes, mas que a gente tem que trabalhar e respeitar. O princípio da andragogia é compartilhar experiências e tratar uma relação educacional, ou seja, não estou aqui para dizer que eu sou melhor que você ou que você é melhor do que eu, nada disso! É uma relação estritamente educacional, focada no processo de aprendizagem e não no ensino.

Por isso, é um compartilhamento dessas informações, é ressignificar o processo de aprender. Olha só que importante ressignificar o processo de aprender, porque quando eu falo com adulto, às vezes ele vem com ranço da escola. A gente vem ressignificar esse processo e mostrar que aprender é gostoso, é importante para o desenvolvimento da pessoa enquanto ser humano e profissional. É estabelecer motivação, análises, escuta prática, experiências, vivências… misturar tudo isso! Ou seja, não ser um processo único, onde só eu falo e você escuta e faz. Não! Tem que ser uma troca!

A gente tem que ordenar esse processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Temos que promover um diálogo, uma troca de experiências. Temos que ter dos dois lados, tanto para ensinar quanto para aprender, com um espaço para sempre reaprender! Isso é muito forte e motiva sempre para adquirir algo novo, para viver novas experiências e adquirir novos conhecimentos.

A andragogia nas empresas, como a gente colocou nos textos anteriores, ela está entrando muito no mundo corporativo, que tem gostado disso e curtido esse fundamento, porque vê os resultados. A partir do momento que uma empresa dá importância para o ato de aprender, ela melhora sua competitividade, desenvolve mais o espírito de liderança e novas competências dentro do seu time, e isso é muito bom.

Os pontos positivos da andragogia nas empresas é ter uma comunicação mais eficiente; ter vivências diferentes; promover um clima de descontração; tirar os rótulos de que só quem é “chefe”, “gerente” etc. sabe alguma coisa… todo mundo sabe! Todo mundo tem algo a compartilhar. É também saber um ouvir, colocar numa relação de ganha-ganha, promover um espírito mais participativo e motivar todos a aprender, porque aprender tem que ser gostoso, tem que ser leve e informativo. A gente tem que saber reconhecer as competências e as pessoas que se desenvolvem independentemente da posição que elas ocupam na empresa.

E para fechar os benefícios da andragogia nas empresas, é o incentivo constante que faz as pessoas pegarem gosto por aprender! E aí é que entra um outro fundamento importante quando eu falo disso, que é a heutagogia, que é um estudo voltado a aprendizagem autodeterminada, cujo objetivo é desafiar concepções sobre o ensino e aprendizagem centradas no facilitador/multiplicador e na necessidade de compartilhar o conhecimento.

Veja bem, tudo o que você aprende lendo, estudando sozinho representa 10%; 20% é representado naquilo que você coloca em prática no seu dia a dia; e 70% é reflexo daquilo que você compartilha e troca de ideias com seu colega de trabalho, que você ensina e repassa a ele. Então, a heutagogia está nesse papel de não guardar e segurar o conhecimento só para você, mas de colocar para frente, de colocar para o próximo, de compartilhar, de juntos pegar isso e traçar uma estratégia para a empresa.

A heutagogia, principalmente em uma metodologia de ensino a distância, isso torna ainda mais necessário o que eu estou falando, porque trata-se de um processo de autodesenvolvimento, que é colocar o aprendizado em um processo de looping, de não parar nunca e querer sempre mais. E seja seguindo o fundamento da andragogia ou da heutagogia, o processo de ensino-aprendizagem vai muito também das escolhas que você faz, dos recursos que utiliza para difundir o aprendizado e explorar mais o conhecimento. E aí, quando falo em recursos de aprendizado, poxa, podemos viajar! Cartilhas, apostilas, guias, vídeo, apresentações em PowerPoint, infográfico, dinâmicas, jogos, podcast, audiolivro, enfim, tudo que você quiser você pode utilizar para tornar mais leve qualquer fundamento, andragogia ou heutagogia, qualquer recurso que estimule a motivação em aprender e querer saber mais.

E como recurso de aprendizagem, todo esse planejamento é muito importante!
